Warranty and Repair

Your purchase at Frank 1967 is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from date of purchase under terms and conditions of this warranty. It covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and only comes into force if the warranty certificate is correct and complete.

The manufacturer warranty does not apply in case of:
Any damages as a result from improper usage, lack of care, negligence, accidents (dents, crushing, etc.) such as scratching, bouncing, falling;

Warranty does not apply to Frank 1967 in case it is handled by non-authorized persons without written permission of the Frank 1967 customer care team.
