We hope you are happy with your Frank1967 purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us within this period by contacting:
After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.
You may inspect the product as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store. Please handle the product with care and return it securely packaged.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.
Return Costs
The direct costs of returning your order are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us at info@frank1967.com before returning it so we can assist you.
Refunds
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will process the applicable refund within 14 days.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original standard delivery costs, where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, the additional costs will not be refunded.
For partial returns, the original delivery costs do not have to be refunded where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to info@frank1967.com.
You may also use our Model Withdrawal Form to notify us of your withdrawal. Using this form is optional.

Warranty & Defective Products
Frank1967 offers a 6-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit or replace those rights.
The commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, lack of care or normal wear and tear. This may include scratches, dents, impact damage or damage caused by dropping or incorrectly using the product.
Damage caused by repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized third parties may also be excluded from the commercial warranty where those repairs or alterations caused or contributed to the defect.
For watches, the 6-month commercial warranty applies to the movement. This does not limit any statutory rights you may have in relation to other defects.
