Return Costs and Responsibility
We very much hope that you won’t be disappointed by your purchase. However, if something does not meet your expectations, you may return your order in accordance with the terms below. For questions, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@frank1967.com.
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to all consumers and allows cancellation within 14 days without giving any reason. The return reasons listed below apply to returns outside the statutory right of withdrawal and do not affect the consumer’s legal right to cancel.
To return a jewel or watch for credit, please make sure that the product is in new condition and does not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess the product. The following return reasons for new purchases are accepted outside the statutory right of withdrawal:
- Incorrect product or size ordered
- Product did not meet customer’s expectations
- Company shipped wrong product or size
If a product is damaged within the warranty period and the damage is demonstrable, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@frank1967.com with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
The consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Once the item has been received by us, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example by email).
After notifying us of the use of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product. The entrepreneur will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after the withdrawal notification, provided the product has been received or proof of return has been supplied.
Depreciation
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Warranty and Repair
Your purchase at www.frank1967.com is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from date of purchase under terms and conditions of this warranty. It covers manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase. It only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply in case of:
Any damages as a result from improper usage, lack of care, negligence, accidents (dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) such as scratching, bouncing, falling of the Frank 1967 products;
Warranty does not apply to Frank 1967 products in case it is handled by non-authorized persons, without written permission of Frank 1967.
For watches, warranty applies on movement only.
