Frank 1967 operates under the trade name of Ron Offenbach B.V., which is recognized under the Dutch law. Its head office is based in The Netherlands at De Wetering 101, 4906 CT in Oosterhout. The delivery and payment terms and conditions apply to all Frank 1967 products. It is accessible to everyone through Frank 1967 homepage www.frank1967.com.
By approving these terms & conditions after confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered. Similarly when your order is received, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming your order.
In case of return, please inform the Frank 1967 customer care team within 14 days and wait for instructions before taking any action. Once the item has been returned, please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund to be processed and credited to the method of payment used.

Delivery
Frank 1967 cannot be held responsible for the loss of shipment caused by incorrect inscription of the delivery address by purchaser. In case there is information needed, Frank 1967 may contact you for further requirement. Therefore it should be taken into consideration that a delay in delivery may occur.
In the event of damage or incomplete delivery, it should be informed to the Frank 1967 customer care team within 24hours after receiving the products. Please wait for instructions by email regarding return shipment.
Liability
Frank 1967 tries to meet the estimated delivery targets and cannot be held liable for any delays in the delivery of an order.
Warranty and Repair
Your purchase at Frank 1967 is warranted for a period of six (6) months from date of purchase under terms and conditions of this warranty. It covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and only comes into force if the warranty certificate is correct and complete.
The manufacturer warranty does not apply in case of:
Any damages as a result from improper usage, lack of care, negligence, accidents (dents, crushing, etc.) such as scratching, bouncing, falling;
Warranty does not apply to Frank 1967 in case it is handled by non-authorized persons without written permission of the Frank 1967 customer care team.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example by email).
After notifying us of the use of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product. The entrepreneur will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after the withdrawal notification, provided the product has been received or proof of return has been supplied.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
Complaints procedure
For complaints, a consumer should first turn to the entrepreneur. If the online store is affiliated with ValuedShops and complaints cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should turn to ValuedShops (www.valuedshops.com), which will mediate free of charge. Check whether this store has a current membership through www.valuedshops.com/members. If there is still no solution, the consumer has the possibility to have his complaint handled by the independent arbitration board appointed by ValuedShops, the decision is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree to this binding decision. To submit a dispute to this dispute committee are costs associated that the consumer has to pay to the committee.

Dutch law applies to all agreements and legal relationships between Frank 1967 and its customer, regardless from where the order is placed and shipped.
