These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Frank1967 webshop.

1. Products
We aim to display and describe all Frank1967 products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Some Frank1967 products are made with materials such as natural stones and genuine leather. Natural variations in colour, pattern and texture may occur and are part of the individual character of these materials.
Product availability is subject to change.
2. Prices
All prices displayed on our webshop include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout before you complete your order.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes, customs charges or other local fees may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Frank1967 may change its prices at any time. The price displayed and confirmed when you place your order applies to that purchase.
3. Orders
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check your order details carefully. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@frank1967.com.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, for example if a product is no longer available, incorrect product or pricing information has been displayed, or there is a reasonable indication of fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Payment
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your country or region.
Simply select one of the available payment methods when completing your order.
Your order will be processed once the payment has been successfully authorised or completed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Frank1967 orders to many destinations worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your destination.
Netherlands & Belgium
Standard shipping: €7.95
Free shipping on orders of €75 or more
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days
Other European countries
Standard shipping: €15.00
Free shipping on orders of €150 or more
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
Worldwide
Standard shipping: €29.95
Free shipping on orders of €200 or more
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days
Available shipping destinations and the applicable shipping costs are shown during checkout. The information displayed during checkout is always the most up to date.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, busy periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@frank1967.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can still be changed once an order is being processed or has been shipped.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly within this period by contacting info@frank1967.com.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the direct costs of returning the product are at your own expense.
You may inspect and handle the product only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to what you would be able to do in a physical store.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary and this has resulted in a reduction in value, you may be responsible for that reduction in value.
Please make sure the product is securely packaged before returning it.

7. Refunds
If you withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery costs, where applicable.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery costs will not be refunded.
For partial returns, the original delivery costs do not have to be refunded where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Cancelling or Changing an Order
If you would like to cancel or change your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@frank1967.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order is being processed or has been shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
9. Warranty & Defective Products
Frank1967 offers a 6-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit or replace those rights.
The commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, lack of care or normal wear and tear.
Examples may include scratches, dents, damage caused by impact or dropping the product, or damage resulting from use that is not appropriate for the product.
Damage caused by repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized third parties may also be excluded from the commercial warranty where those repairs or alterations caused or contributed to the defect.
If you believe your Frank1967 product is defective, please contact us at info@frank1967.com. Please include your order details and, where possible, clear photos showing the issue so we can review your request.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this commercial warranty.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@frank1967.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where relevant, clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the situation and provide further instructions.

12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Frank1967 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We aim to provide accurate information on our webshop but cannot guarantee that the website will always be completely free from typographical errors, technical issues or temporary interruptions.
If an obvious error occurs in product information or pricing, we reserve the right to correct it and, where necessary, contact you regarding an affected order.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Frank1967 webshop, including but not limited to product designs, photography, text, logos, graphics, videos and other brand materials, is owned by or licensed to Ron Offenbach B.V. unless otherwise stated.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or commercially used without prior written permission.
14. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how and why we use it, with whom it may be shared and what rights you have regarding your personal data.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer residing outside the Netherlands, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection provided by the laws applicable in your country of residence.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example when our services, policies, shipping arrangements or applicable requirements change.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the time you place your order.
